For now, this is just going to be some pictures of our stones in use, but tips and techniques for unique uses of Stained Glass Stepping Stones will be added later.

A group of 4 stones installed in the newly poured sidewalk of a very nice lady who initially bought a Majestic Heron. A few weeks later she called and said "I bought your Heron at the Nehalem Arts Festival, and I had them put it in my sidewalk. I loved it so much that I had them come back and cut three more holes. Now I need you to make me three more stepping stones of a nautical theme." (Her entire beautiful new home is done in nautical theme, from the etched glass banisters to the light fixture in the form of the inverted ribs of a boat in her vaulted living room. There's even a "wheel house" that looks out over the ocean with an antique ship's wheel and several mariners' instruments.) The stones were installed using the wood frame technique, where the concrete was poured around (and later cut out for additional) 2" wooden forms. this allows the stones to be removed later if need be or if desired (some people want seasonal things that they can change on a regular basis.
