How To Order

To order your stepping stone, you can phone us at the number listed below, or email us at sales@glass-stones.com. You can also snail mail us at the address below, but why would you want to slow things down that much? The fastest way, however, is to email us and include your phone number(s), and we will return your call as soon as possible.

We are a home-based business, so we may not always be available to immediately take your call during the above hours if we are away from home. Please try again during any reasonable hours (Pacific Time), 7 days a week, or send us an email with your telephone number(s) and we will return your call as soon as possible. We will not insult you by forcing you to spend your long distance time and dollars dealing with voice mail, voice menus, or answering machines. We know that you want to talk to us, not a machine.

Note: While we accept Visa & MasterCard (we also take checks, of course. Sorry, no CODs), we will never accept them via the 'net (unless encrypted in a PGP-encrypted and signed document from a user with their public key listed in a public keyserver) - they are unsecure, even through supposedly "secure" transactions, no matter what others may tell you.
